• Allow self-managing teams to carefully and effectively determine decision-making power and responsibilities.

A. All-hands Resolution

Proposals that involve a large amount of resources (time, funds, energy, resources), affect the interests of a wide range of community members, and require as many people to participate and be informed as possible. This type of decision-making is the most time-consuming and serious, and the number of proposals is relatively small.

B. Internal Consensus

Decisions made by the team internally, within the scope of their responsibilities, require consultation with individuals or groups affected by the decision before making a decision. "Team" here includes: guilds, groups, guardians, etc.

• The formal proposal for this type of decision is BIP_XX-XXX: BuidlerDAO Improvement Proposal (BuidlerDAO Improvement Proposal_XX Guild). The proposals resolved within the five major guilds are: BIP_Res, BIP_Tech, BIP_Edu, BIP_Inc, and BIP_Op.

C. Individual Arbitration

Executed by the team leader within the scope of their authorized responsibilities. It requires time for consideration and the widest possible consultation of opinions, and ultimately making decisions and taking personal responsibility.
