🌟C. Long-term or Short-term Projects Project based

Projects usually involve discrete tasks that require contributions from multiple contributors with various skills, such as Sui MOOC and SocialMapping projects. Quantifying contributions and benefits as a whole for the entire project would be more reasonable, and measuring each individual's contribution within the project would be determined by the project leader's "personal judgment" and "internal consensus."

Project Establishment and Reputation Awarding Process

• Establishment and budget approval: Generally, a proposal is required for project establishment, which is decided by a full staff decision and internal consensus (protective proposals can be made if necessary). The proposal should specify the budget range.

• Reputation allocation: If no other rules are specified (if any, they should be determined in the project proposal), after the project is completed, 80% of the reputation allocation will be based on the project leader's evaluation of members' contributions, and 20% of the reputation will be allocated through mutual voting among members.

• Publicity: It will be publicly announced in the community for a minimum of three days. If there are any objections, they can be submitted to the governance committee.

Special Projects

BuidlerDAO community has the ability to provide incubation and acceleration for (start-up) projects:

• If the project grows out of the community and is based on community business, it is an incubation project. At the same time, to retain a certain degree of autonomy and initiative for the project team, 20% of the ownership of the project team is assumed, and 80% is assumed by others (including the community and potential future investors).

• If the project itself is an independent team and an independent project, the community provides talent, resource docking, and development support services, and is not closely related to community business, it is an acceleration project. Currently, the accelerated projects include Nextme, Furion, MetaShield, Ubiloan, etc., which are primarily undertaken by the incubation guild as a whole, and the Token given to the community is generally not more than 3%.
