Quarterly budget

  • Using quarterly (3-month) cycles, focus the collective energy of the DAO on several key objectives; the 0th quarter (S00) begins in July 2023 after the white paper is released.

  • Pre-quarter planning: Two weeks before the start of each quarter (excluding the 0th quarter), each guild must submit their guild's plan, budget (including reputation, cash budget, etc.), and personnel situation for the next quarter. The operating guild will propose the plan, and it will be voted on by All-hands Resolution. Each guild should control their budget, and if it exceeds the limit, they need to adjust their work within the guild or propose an increase in the budget.

  • Quarterly review: Within two weeks after the end of each quarter, each guild must submit their guild's review for the quarter, including actual expenditure, personnel situation, incentive tracking, and experience gained. The operating guild will summarize the reviews and propose them for a vote by All-hands Resolution.

  • White paper revision: Two weeks before the end of each quarter, the Governors will publicly collect and organize revision opinions on the white paper and complete the revision through a proposal.
