Reputation Identity
A vertical four-layer identity hierarchy, corresponding to different meanings, acquisition methods, and rights
A. Traveller
Friends who first meet BuidlerDAO from various channels, and the beginning of everyone's story in BuidlerDAO. "Hello, traveler!"
Acquisition method: Users can obtain the "Traveller" identity by following the prompts after entering the community (Discord).
Rights: Can receive tasks and accumulate reputation.
B. Citizen
The citizen of BuidlerDAO's open world, who has gone through the "Novice Village" and chooses to continue to participate in construction.
Acquisition method: After reaching the reputation requirement, users can obtain citizenship, and own a citizen identity card (NFT).
Rights: Can receive tasks, participate in voting, enjoy benefits, and enter the community directory.
C. Contributor
Citizens with a certain amount of reputation are the core force of the community.
Acquisition method: After reaching the reputation requirement, users can obtain the contributor identity and own the contributor SBT.
Rights: Can receive tasks, participate in voting, enjoy benefits, and enter the community directory.
D. Buidler
Members who have accumulated a certain reputation in the field, and have been approved by Peer Review (the internal consensus vote of the guild's builders).
Acquisition method: After reaching the reputation requirement and being approved by the vote, users can obtain the builder SBT (voting is required for the first time they obtain a certain type of builder SBT). If the member reaches the reputation requirement multiple times, they can be added multiple times (for example, if the member becomes an evangelist after reaching the threshold again, they will obtain the SBT Evangelist II).
According to the talent type:
Engineer: The technical guild's genius and builder, who turns code into innovative power, drives the community's development with the power of technology, and provides strong support for solving complex problems. "I use the power of technology to create miracles of change!"
Researcher: The knowledge explorer of the investment research guild, who constantly delves into the boundaries of the field, digs into the treasures of wisdom, and brings new insights and cutting-edge research results to the community. "Explore the endless ocean of knowledge and humbly contribute my discoveries!"
Steward: The guardian and promoter of the community, and a member of the operation guild with excellent organizational and management abilities. They maintain the harmonious operation of the community and provide members with a high-quality environment and experience. "Guard the mission of the community and promote progress with firm determination!"
Diplomat: The diplomatic envoy of the operation guild, who is proficient in the market, establishes cooperative partnerships, promotes good interaction between the community and the outside world, and opens up new business opportunities. "Build bridges connecting the world with the art of communication and cooperation!"
According to the contribution type:
Evangelist: The passionate preacher of the education guild, who devotes themselves to education and inspiration, guides community members to master knowledge, expand skills, and help them shine in the Web3 world. "Faith burns, and wisdom interprets the charm of education!"
Voyager: Adventurers and entrepreneurs who bravely embark on unknown voyages, explore new fields, and create unique projects, bringing change and growth to the industry. "With dreams in their hearts, they set sail for the unknown, leading the exploration of a new era!"
Rights: Can receive tasks, participate in voting, enjoy benefits, and enter the community directory.

Talent Recommendation
To encourage more high-value talents to join, community members above Citizen level can directly recommend members to become guild builders through "reputation guarantee".
The builder recommender needs to pledge a certain amount of reputation. If the new member passes the assessment during the "probation period" and obtains formal status, the pledged reputation will be returned, and the recommender will be additionally rewarded with 10% of the total points of the recommended member within 6 months from the recommendation, without limit.
During the probation period, the member has not really obtained the status and has no on-chain identity proof, and there is no weighting in calculating the income.
Researcher
In 3 months, accumulate 200 integration points in the research field and pass the "internal consensus" vote of the researchers.
