🌟B. Long-term position based
Participate in the core position of the community in a full-time or part-time manner, including a large amount of communication, management, thinking, or sufficient focus and opportunity cost, responsibility, and risk, etc. The contribution cannot be effectively and fairly measured by time, such as Guild Head, special team leader, Twitter operation, etc. Therefore, reputation awards need to be periodically awarded through job positions. Such contributions generally need to be considered in stages (such as Guild Head has three levels of 50, 100, and 200). The existing job types and measurement standards are:
Job Determination and Reputation Award Process
Determine job types: Governors add/delete job types and determine gradient standards
Self-submission: Reputation awards are submitted by members on a periodic basis (default is monthly)
Review: Reputation submissions are reviewed by Guild Head (Guild Head needs to be reviewed by Governors)
Publicity: Publicity is conducted within the community for a minimum of 3 days. If there are objections, they can be submitted to Governors.
