Organization Structure

Last updated 1 year ago

The organization structure of BuidlerDAO consists of both vertical and horizontal components:

  • The five guilds form the vertical structure, focusing on areas such as technology, investment research, operations, education, and incubation. Within each guild, sub-groups can be established to push forward specific tasks. The vertical structure includes four levels of identity: Traveler, Citizen, Contributor, and Buidler.

  • Guardians are the horizontal identity and are interspersed among the guilds. They are responsible for coordination and communication work. According to different functions, they are divided into three parts: Partners, Governors, and Sword Holders, who respectively guard nodes, governance and resolutions.
