Guardians
Guardians are another identity owned by some community members. They are interwoven between guilds and are responsible for coordination and liaison work. According to their different functions, they are divided into three parts: Partners, Governors, and Sword Holders, which respectively guard the nodes, governance, and resolutions.
Partners
Guardian of Nodes. A high-leverage group composed of project founders, partners, investors, KOLs, and city hosts, which are key channels, resources, and nodes. Its members are called Partners and are trusted advisors to BuidlerDAO and projects. Through their professional knowledge and resources, they provide advice, channels, and resource assistance to the community and projects, help to think about complex problems and solve strategic challenges, and are partners and community partners. BuidlerDAO also provides all resources within the DAO for Partners and sets up a dedicated DAO Token (2%-5%) and project Token pool.
Governors
Guardian of Governance. Composed of self-driven, proactive contributors, mainly from the heads of various guilds and group leaders. Its members are called Governors. Key responsibilities include: forming and leading working groups, supporting goal achievement, promoting community governance, financial supervision, community norm maintenance, accepting community member arbitration applications, etc. After the "internal consensus" vote of Governors, they can launch the exit process for community members.
Sword Holders
Guardian of Resolutions. Composed of long-term, firm, and decisive contributors within the DAO, it is established to ensure that the community develops in the right direction and to avoid possible node malfeasance. They have veto power over any resolution (except immutable rules in the founding constitution). Its members are called Sword Holders. Requirements include long-term binding of interests with DAO (continuous contribution), rational and strategic judgment, honesty and trustworthiness, and full attention and participation in community decision-making.
