# 组织结构

BuidlerDAO 的组织结构分为横向和纵向：

* 五大公会为纵向结构，分别聚焦技术、投研、运营、教育和孵化等方向，公会内可设立小组进行进行具体事项推进；纵向身份包括旅行者（Traveler）、公民（Citizen）、贡献者（Contributor）、建设者（Buidler）四个层级
* 守护者为横向身份，穿插在各公会之间，负责协调、联络等工作，按照职能不同，分为 Partners、Governors、Sword Holders 三个部分，分别对节点、治理和决议进行守护
